    We want you to love your Feemel purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Free Shipping

  • Prepaid vs COD
    We recommend choosing prepaid payment for a smooth experience. COD orders carry a handling fee of ₹100 per product.
  • Refunds: Prepaid refunds are credited back to your original payment method. COD refunds are issued as TIYNO Store Credits.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement
    Please record a clear video while opening your package, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact. This video acts as proof in case of any missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Without it, we may be unable to process your return or refund request.
  • Exchanges
    Exchanges can be initiated once per product and are subject to stock availability.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellations
